Mari Malvenishvili

Is a Director of Cyber Security Studies and Education Center (CYSEC) with 10 years of experience in cyber security field. Prior to establishment of CYSEC, she served as a policy specialist in different governmental institutions focusing on cyber threat analyses and policy development. She contributed implementation of information security mechanisms and led Cyber Defence Initiative of NATO-Georgia Substantial Package.

Mari is a PhD candidate in Political Science, research fellow at Tallinn University of Technology and graduate of Cyber Security Program at George C. Marshal Center for Security Studies. Her areas of research include information operations, Russian cyber capabilities, and cyber policy management.
