Ucha Seturi is a lawyer.
He is a founder member of Georgian
Internet Governance forum and coordinating for a last years.
He was working as a legal director of the Georgian SMP operator from 1999, after 2008 he moved to the NRA as a lawyer of Strategic planing and market regulation department. From 2012 he start activities in the NGO sector as a project coordinator of the Digital Switchover and Broadband development projects. He is a board member of ISOC Georgia chapter. From 2015 he is a chair of Telecom Operators Association of Georgia and from 2016 he is a Coordinator of ISOC’s Tusheti Community Network project and from 2018 he is a coordinator Pshav-Khevsureti CN project. He is a visiting lecturer of Tbilisi State Univeristy of Media and Internet Law. He is attorney at law with practice in civil and administrative law field.
From 2019 he is member of the UN Internet Governance Forum’s Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG)
