Nicola Iorio
Born in 1990 (October 10th) graduated cum laude in Law at the Second University of Naples, Italy, with a thesis in Public Law (“Constitutional profiles of State Secret”), Nicola Iorio joined the Italian diplomatic career in 2016. He served at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (2016-2019) within the Directorate of Political Affairs and Security, at the Office competent for disarmament policies and non-proliferation and subsequently at the “NATO, political-military and strategic issues” Office as Head of Section responsible for NATO Partnerships and NATO-UE cooperation. From September 2019 he serves as Deputy Head of Mission at the Italian Embassy in Tbilisi.
