Eka Kubusidze
Was born on 28 May 1973.
In 1990 she graduated from #164 Physics and Mathematics high school.
1995 she graduated from the Georgian Technical University, faculty of Communications, majoring in Economics and Management. In 2009 she graduated from International School British Center.
In 1997-2001 worked at the Ministry of Communication and Post of Georgia, in various Divisions: Control-Inspection, Legal Support, International Relations. 2001-2002 – worked as the Deputy Head of the International Relations Division, Administration of Communication and Post, the Ministry of Transports and Communication of Georgia. 2002-2004 – worked as the Deputy Head of the International Relations Division, Administration of Communication and Post of Georgia. In 2007-2015 worked as the Head of Infocommunications Division, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. From 2015 till present time she works at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia as the Head of the Department of Communications, Information and Modern Technologies. In 2007 she passed the professional training in Communication and Technology University of India (Mumbai). She took part in formulation and implementation processes of New Generation Network (NGN) Strategy. She is the co-author and co-organizer of the project Georgian Governmental Network. She was involved in establishment and implementation of National Numbering System of Georgia. She took active part in the project transferring from Analog into the Digital Broadcasting of Georgia. She is the coordinator from Georgia for the legal normative acts harmonization with EU standards and regulations under the DCFT and AA. She is the co-author and co-organizer of Georgian IT Innovation Event
