Giga Chokheli has more than 8-years experience in both state, as well as business sectors. Recently, his work took direction towards Artificial Intelligence.

Since the early stages of his career, working with big data has been one of the most interesting challenges. Together with technical issues, Giga has faced ethical questions, regarding using tools and possibilities of big data usage. In order to answer those questions, Giga proceeded his studies in Boston, Massachusetts. In one of the leading universities of the US, he has met pioneers of Artificial Intelligence and Personal Data and Security Philosophers (amongst whom are Bruce Schneier and Noam Chomsky).

The 21st century still has a deeply rooted approach towards do first, think later. Consequently, we are advancing technologically, however we still have 20th century legislation, through which we are trying to govern and regulate 21st century technology. We still have a task, which is still unsolved – In the event of an unavoidable accident, should a person be hit by an autopilot car or 4 children.
